That’s my take on the list!
Yes: 52
No: 48
I have some more reading to do, I think.
What do you think? How many of these books have you read?
Until the next headline, Laura Beth 🙂
Wow! You’ve done really well! I’ve read 14.5…because I technically haven’t finished all of the Chronicles of Narnia books…I need to read more ha-ha!
Thank you! I was surprised when I added it all up. I read a lot of these in school when I was younger.
I read many of these books in elementary through high school. Much of my favorites were more realistic fiction such as Monster by Walter Dean Myers, To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, and Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry by Mildred D. Taylor. I still have bot read Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger, I hope to read it someday. Many of the books on this list are considered classics and well worth a read.
Same here! I went on to read more from Myers, Lee, and Taylor because of these books. I want to re-read Catcher in the Rye at some point. Age brings new perspective. Thanks for reading, and commenting!
