Today is my mom’s birthday!
I’m so happy to have been able to celebrate with her. Today was our regularly scheduled blood drive, and she ran it like a champ. Everyone sang to her, and I bought a fun rainbow birthday cake! We had a good time. She was going to take a nap later.
Hoping to take her out to eat sometime tomorrow.

Woohoo! Those are the best! My family has a tradition of extending celebrations, so we celebrate my birthday all month long! I should write a post about this, it started by accident, but then it became a tradition that stuck! But it makes me feel special, so why not? Haha!
