I think it’s time I did a Home Improvement update! The first post I wrote was in October 2017.
Here’s the link to that first post:
The biggest improvement recently was we replaced our doors and storm doors! We were lucky enough to find what we wanted at our local Lowe’s. The storm doors had to be special ordered, but they were ready by mid-January. Al’s dad was awesome and helped immensely – They even installed one door in the freezing cold!
We re-organized our kitchen. We found a free-standing country pantry, which cleared a lot of clutter and freed up quite a bit of counter space!
Al had the last two weeks of December off from work, so he painted the last wall in our living room navy blue, as a complement to our gray walls. It looks awesome!
We went to Lowe’s recently and bought multiple rugs, mainly for our entrances. See those photos above. I love the pops of color.
We were tracking slush and salt from our recent blizzards, and that’s no fun on hard floors!
I think that’s all, for now. More to come as I continue work on my “Lady Lounge!”
Have you made any home improvements recently? I’d love to hear about it!
Until the next headline, Laura Beth 🙂
Your home is beautiful! I make wreaths, so I’m especially fond of the wreath on your door, and the bright and colorful welcome mat! I love bright, bold colors!!
I hope you don’t mind me blowing up your blog with comments. I’m trying to catch back up with all of the people I follow! 🙂
Me, too! I’m definitely a bold and bright person. Thank you!
No, I don’t mind at all! I’m happy that you’re active again, catching up!
